How do you order uniforms for an entire team?
You send us your team's design idea, roster, and sizes, we build a free digital mockup for approval, and once you approve it and pay the deposit, we move into production. The whole process is designed so one person can manage it for the whole team.
Information to gather before you start
Having this ready before you reach out speeds up the whole process considerably.
- Sport and garment types needed (jerseys, shorts, pants, full sets, warmups, bags)
- Team colors and logo files (or a description if you don't have logo art yet)
- Rough headcount and, once available, a full roster with sizes
- Names/numbers if you want them personalized per player
- Any deadline you're working against, like a season start or tournament
Step 1: Design and free mockup
We build a free digital mockup from your design brief. Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours for the first version, then revisions until you're happy with it.
Step 2: Approval and deposit
Once the mockup is approved, 50% payment begins your order. This locks in the design and quantities you've confirmed.
Step 3: Sizing and roster confirmation
If you're doing names and numbers, this is when your finalized roster and sizes need to be locked in, since production is built around that list.
Step 4: Production, shipping, and final payment
Standard production generally runs about 2–3 weeks after approval, with shipping time separate. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival, under your agreed order terms.
