Digital mockups are free. Physical samples are not.
Your first digital mockup is on us. A physical sample is a produced garment, so it's a paid service quoted separately.
How sampling works
- 1. Approve the digital mockup so the sample reflects your real design.
- 2. We confirm whether a sample is available for that product and order.
- 3. We quote the sample, including production and shipping.
- 4. You review the sample and tell us what to change before the full run.
