How do custom names and numbers work?

How it works on one order
The team design — colors, logos, layout — stays the same across the whole order. Names and numbers are added individually per player, so no two jerseys need to match beyond the shared design.
What we need from you
A simple roster list is the key to getting this right the first time.
- Player name (or nickname) exactly as it should appear
- Jersey number for each player
- Size for each named jersey
- Any special cases — captain markings, goalkeeper numbers, blank youth/spare sets
Font, placement, and style
Name and number style (font, size, placement on chest/back) is set once in your mockup and then applied consistently across every player's jersey, so the team looks uniform even though every jersey is personalized.
Changes after the roster is submitted
Because names and numbers are built into the sublimated design or added individually, changes after production begins can delay your order. Confirm your roster before final approval to avoid rework.
