The Uniform Guide

How do I collect sizes from my team?

Give every player a size chart to measure against, collect their sizes in one shared list alongside their name and number, and confirm it before you submit your final order. A single organized list from the coach or manager works far better than sizes coming in one at a time.

Why sizing matters more for team orders

Once names and numbers are added to individual jerseys, sizing mistakes are harder to fix after production. Getting it right before you submit the order saves time and avoids reorders.

A simple collection process

Most teams find this approach works well.

  • Share a size chart with parents/players and ask them to measure the actual body, not a favorite old jersey
  • Collect responses in one spreadsheet: name, number, size
  • Have players try on a reference sample if one is available
  • Set a firm deadline for size submissions before locking the order
  • Double-check outliers — youth sizes, larger adult sizes, goalkeepers who may want a looser fit

Fit differs by garment and sport

Compression fits, looser cuts, and youth vs. adult sizing all run differently. If your sport has unique fit needs (like goalkeeper jerseys or lineman-cut football tops), flag that separately from the rest of the roster.

When in doubt, ask us

If a player is between sizes or you're unsure how a specific cut fits, ask before you finalize your roster. It's easier to confirm a size than to reorder a jersey.
