- Design & first mockup: usually 24–48 hours after we have your logo, colors, and idea
- Revisions: back-and-forth until the mockup matches what you want
- Approval & deposit: 50% payment to begin your approved order
- Production: generally around 2–3 weeks for standard orders
- Shipping: separate from production time, varies by destination
- Final balance: remaining 50% due upon arrival, under your agreed order terms
What can extend the timeline
Complex designs, large rosters, add-on items like bags or warmups, and slow turnaround on approvals or sizing all add time. The fastest orders are the ones where the team has sizes and design decisions ready to go before production starts.
