The Uniform Guide

How do international uniform orders work?

ANELUX is a US-founded brand that ships to teams worldwide, and the design, approval, and payment process is the same wherever you're based. The one difference is that international customers are responsible for customs duties, import charges, and destination taxes, unless we agree to something different in writing.

The process is the same worldwide

Wherever your team is located, you go through the same steps: free digital mockup, revisions, approval, 50% deposit, production, and the remaining 50% due upon arrival. Location doesn't change how the order is designed or approved.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Shipping internationally means your order may pass through customs in your country. Any import duties, customs fees, or destination taxes charged there are the customer's responsibility, unless ANELUX has agreed otherwise with you in writing before the order ships.

Shipping time

International shipping is separate from production time and varies based on your country and the carrier used. Factor this into your season timeline in addition to the standard 2–3 week production window.

What to check before ordering

A little preparation avoids surprises at your border.

  • Ask your local customs office or postal service about typical import charges for apparel
  • Confirm your shipping address and any required contact/tax ID details for customs clearance
  • Build customs clearance time into your delivery expectations
  • Keep communication with us open if your shipment is delayed in customs
